Filtering your Content

Content that has been organized into catagories or has been tagged can be filtered to show specific content.  You can filter categorized or tagged content in the News, Pages or Files tabs.

News:

To filter Recent News:

  1. Click on the "News" tab to view all "Recent News".
  2. In the right sidebar, click on a "Category" or "Tag" name to sort the recent news.  The filtered results will load for viewing.

For example, you could filter the Recent News in the Near-Time Public Space to just show news that has been catagorized as "Commentary":

Pages:

To filter content in "All Pages" or "Recent Changes"

  1. Click on the "Pages" tab.
  2. Click on either "All Pages" or "Recent Changes"
  3. In the right sidebar, click on a "Category" or "Tag" name to sort the recent news.  The filtered results will load for viewing.

For example, you could filter All Pages in the Near-Time Public Space to just show the pages that has been catagorized as "Commentary":

Files:

To filter Files by Categories: 

  1. Click on the "Files tab
  2. Click on "Home" or "Folders"
  3. In the right sidebar, click on a "Category" name to sort the files.  The filtered results will load for viewing.

To filter Files by Tags: 

  1. Click on the "Files tab
  2. Click on "Home", "Files, "Folders", "Checked Out" or "Mine"
  3. In the right sidebar, click on a "Tag" name to sort the files.  The filtered results will load for viewing.

For example, you could filter files within "Folders" in the Near-Time Public Space to just show the files that has been tagged as "guide":
