How to Clone a Space

You can clone the entire contents of a space.  Once the process has completed, a new space will have automatically been created, containing all the content and design of the original space.  Cloning of spaces is available under the Enterprise Plan, and only owners of the space have the ability to create a clone.

To clone a space:

1. Click on the "Manage" button in the upper right corner on the banner for your space
2. Click on the "Appearance" button
3. Look in right sidebar for the "Export/Clone Space" section
4. Click "Advanced Options" to not clone parts of the space
5. Click "Clone"
6. You will receive an email upon completion.

The process of assembling and then cloning an entire space can be time-consuming.  Depending on the amount of information in your space it could take more than a few minutes.  You will receive an email once the space cloning has been completed.  There will be a link in the email to the new space.
